Inhale & Exhale
This week I share a Relaxing Breathing Exercise that you can do at any time. Give yourself a relaxing break with this exercise!
Did you know that we breath about 23,000 times a day? Unnoticed during the day our breathing slightly changes. And when we experience stress, the breathing changes immediately and is higher towards the chest. The more breathing comes from the abdomen, the more relaxed the body is. Which ensures that the body can function properly. In today’s yoga video you will learn a simple breathing technique that is widely used in yoga. This technique ensures that you experience where the breath is and how you can apply abdominal breathing for more relaxation. You can do this exercise as often as you want. Tip: when you do this exercise before going to bed, it gives you an extra good night’s sleep. Do you want to know more about breathing? Then check out this blog: “The secret of breathing.”
My blog is awarded “Best Yoga Blog 2019”. Every Wednesday I share my yoga tips in a fun video. Do you want to increase your flexibility, sleep better or just have more fun with the daily things you do? Then mark Wednesdays in your calender!
Years ago, yoga helped me to recover after a heavy medical procedure. I was so impressed by this sport that I followed a yoga teacher training and started my own yoga company. Nowadays many (inter) national participants follow my classes (which I find extremely cool!). Are you looking for advice or do you have a question about this blog? Let me know!
